Finally we went to collect The Husband's Christmas present from CRS Haven, a self sustaining eco-system with glass shrimps. No feeding or changing of water required and it can last for years! Marimo 毬藻, the four green fury algae ball is food.
Every eco system are made from natural corals, shells and plants from the sea, every eco system are unique. We picked up this system that comes with a huge coral so that our 5 tiny glass shrimps can have a great time playing hide and seek.
There is this crazy one who kept swimming round and round.

The marimo is already their food but we are also given a pack of tiny shrimp food to be fed once every two weeks. This act like a supplement or a treat and it's very interesting to see how active they become the moment we drop one tiny drop of their "snack" into the tank. They will push each other away over it, run away with it and try to hide from the rest in the coral maze.
